1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SendMeGCash ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

SendMeGCash is a platform that allows content creators to receive support through GCash payments in the Philippines. We facilitate the display of GCash QR codes and creator profiles but do not process payments directly.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

2.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under Philippine law to use this Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. User Content

3.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload, including but not limited to profile information, images, GCash QR codes, and posts. By uploading content, you grant SendMeGCash a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

3.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload or share content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations in the Philippines
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains false or misleading information
• Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Promotes illegal activities or violence
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Impersonates another person or entity

4. GCash Integration

SendMeGCash displays GCash QR codes but does not process payments. All transactions occur directly between supporters and creators through the GCash platform. We are not responsible for:

• GCash service availability or functionality
• Transaction disputes between users
• Accuracy of QR codes uploaded by users
• Tax obligations arising from received payments

Users are responsible for complying with GCash's terms of service and all applicable financial regulations in the Philippines.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of Philippine law
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or financial crimes
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Use automated systems or bots without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited messages

6. Intellectual Property

The SendMeGCash name, logo, and all related marks are our trademarks. All other content on the Service, except user content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, SendMeGCash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SendMeGCash, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through the appropriate courts in the Philippines.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
